Her 20+ years of experience (the past five dedicated solely to the roofing industry) combined with her passion for using AI technology made her uniquely equipped to launch AI Roofing Revolution.
As founder, she is committed to making AI tools and technology accessible to anyone in the roofing industry and to helping roofers automate and dominate.

Aisha began her career in technology at Apple where she discovered her passion for innovation, customer experience, and problem-solving.
She went on to build her expertise in sales, customer success, and marketing—developing a track record of driving growth, leading teams, and building scalable outreach strategies.
Today, as Sales Manager at AIRR, she leverages her background in SaaS sales and workflow automation to lead client acquisition, scale outreach, and optimize conversion rates in the roofing and construction industry.
By combining proven sales expertise with technical skill in tools like n8n, Aisha streamlines the sales process and builds lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Aisha is a mom, CrossFit and Orangetheory coach, and someone who finds joy in movement and community. She loves working out, painting, and diving into new DIY projects.
She picked up a circular saw during the pandemic and the rest was history!

She is mother to two amazing kids, enjoys crafting and occasionally makes her way down to the Twin Cities with her husband Zac to watch Minnesota Wild Hockey!
