1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aairroofingrevolution.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

We offer coaching, consulting, AI‑automation advisory, training, and related products (the “Services”). All Services are subject to separate engagement letters or order forms.

3. User Accounts

  • You may need to register and provide accurate information.

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees are set forth in your engagement letter.

  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site is owned by AI Roofing Revolution or licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  • We grant you a limited, revocable license to use Site content for your internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non‑public information disclosed in connection with Services, except (a) information already public, (b) required disclosures by law, or (c) with written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

  • No Warranty: Services and Site are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  • Professional Advice: Coaching and consulting services do not constitute legal, tax, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third‑party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Provisions meant to survive termination (e.g., confidentiality, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: We’ll try to resolve disputes amicably.

  • Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Minnesota under the American Arbitration Association’s rules.

  • Governing Law: Minnesota law, U.S., without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

We may update these Terms; we’ll post revisions with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use constitutes acceptance.
